Set up in 2026 by Chris who has spent over two decades as an estate agent in the North Wales area. Having realised most the properties in the holiday let industry were not having appliances PAT tested, Chris decided to train in PAT testing and set up a company to serve the Conwy Valley, North Wales Coast and Gwynedd areas.
